SHOPPING WITH AROMASTAPLES
What does Aromastaples create?
Aromastaples designs refined, expressive clothing for weddings, celebrations and elevated everyday moments.
Our collections include Ready-to-Wear, Made-to-Order, Bespoke, bridal, occasionwear, children’s occasionwear and coordinating Mom & Me designs. The service available for each garment is clearly stated on its product page.
What is the difference between Ready-to-Wear, Made-to-Order and Bespoke?
Ready-to-Wear garments are produced in standard Aromastaples sizes and are sold as presented.
Made-to-Order garments are created after your order is confirmed and may allow limited customisation such as size, colour or length.
Bespoke garments are individually designed and constructed for you, often involving consultation, fittings and personalised detailing.
Are Aromastaples garments handmade?
Many Aromastaples garments involve hand-finishing, detailed construction and carefully placed design elements.
Subtle variations in print placement, embellishment or fabric detailing are part of the craftsmanship and individuality of each piece.
Can I customise an existing design?
Selected designs may be customised within approved options such as colour, sleeve style or length.
More extensive changes may require a Bespoke service and may affect pricing and timelines.
Can Aromastaples recreate another designer’s garment?
Reference images may be used to communicate your preferences. However, Aromastaples does not replicate other designers’ work. All designs are interpreted through our own creative direction.
SIZING AND FIT
How do I choose my Aromastaples size?
Use your current body measurements and compare them with our Size Guide.
For best results:
- Measure over light clothing or undergarments
- Keep the tape level
- Measure comfortably without pulling tightly

What if I am between sizes?
Choose the size that accommodates your largest measurement, especially for structured garments.
Product-specific guidance should always take priority.
Are Aromastaples garments true to size?
Our garments follow our own sizing standards. Fit may vary depending on fabric, structure and design.
Each product page will indicate fit type and provide model measurements where available.
Do you offer different lengths?
Some designs are available in multiple lengths:
- Petite:up to 160 cm / 5 ft 3 in
- Standard:162–170 cm / 5 ft 4 in–5 ft 7 in
- Tall:173–180 cm / 5 ft 8 in–5 ft 11 in
- Extra Tall:183 cm+ / 6 ft+

Can I submit my own measurements?
Yes, for Bespoke and selected Made-to-Order garments.
Accurate measurement submission is the customer’s responsibility. In-person fittings are recommended where possible.
CHILDREN’S CLOTHING
How do I select a child’s size?
Use measurements rather than age alone. Refer to the Children’s Size Guide.
Should I size up for future events?
Provide current measurements, event date and expected growth. We can advise, but growth cannot be guaranteed.
Can I order matching outfits?
Yes. Our Mom & Me collection offers coordinated designs for adults and children.
Who can place a child’s order?
Orders must be placed by a parent or legal guardian.
Can I submit my own measurements?
Yes, for Bespoke and selected Made-to-Order garments.

CONSULTATIONS AND BESPOKE SERVICES
Do I need a consultation?
Consultations are recommended for Bespoke, bridal and highly customised designs.

How much is a consultation?
Consultations are £30 for up to one hour and may be deducted from qualifying orders.
Can I order matching outfits?
Yes. Our Mom & Me collection offers coordinated designs for adults and children.
Who can place a child’s order?
Orders must be placed by a parent or legal guardian.
What happens during a consultation?
We discuss your event, design preferences, measurements, fabrics and timeline.

How early should I order?
Please allow up to four months for wedding dresses and eight weeks for made-to-order dresses. We may be able to accept urgent orders depending on our production schedule.

Is full payment required?
Ready-to-Wear requires full payment. Bespoke may require deposits.
