CONSULTATIONS, BESPOKE Designs & ORDERING
Refund
A consultation is recommended for bespoke designs and personalised guidance, but it is not required for ready-to-wear purchases.

- Fee:£30
Your consultation includes:
- Personalised styling guidance
- Fit and silhouette recommendations
- Fabric and design advice
- Full measurement service (in person or virtual)
- Clear next steps based on your occasion and needs
Yes. If you proceed with a successful outfit purchase or bespoke order, the £30 fee is deducted from the final price.
Timelines vary depending on design complexity and availability. Estimated timelines are confirmed during consultation. Express/rush orders may be available subject to availability.
Delivery
You still receive value. You will receive:
- Your full measurement details in a professionally prepared PDF

Yes. Measurement services are available in person or virtually, with guided support to ensure accuracy.
Yes. We offer bespoke designs for children aged 6 months to 16 years, including christenings, naming ceremonies, birthdays, and special occasions.
Yes. We offer both ready-to-wear and bespoke maternity designs, including baby shower and occasion outfitscreated with comfort and elegance in mind.
Yes. Virtual consultations are available for both UK and international clients.
POLICIES
Shipping Policy
- Ready-to-wear orders are processed within 3–7 business days
- Bespoke orders follow timelines agreed during consultation
- You will be notified once your order is dispatched
We ship to: UK, Europe, USA, and Canada.

Please ensure delivery details are correct. Aromastaples is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns on ready-to-wear items only, under the following conditions:
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached
- Returns must be approved before items are sent back
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Bespoke/custom garments
- Altered garments
- Sale/discounted items
- Consultation services
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and order details
Approved cases will be resolved appropriately (replacement or refund where applicable).
Bespoke & Custom Orders Policy
- Bespoke garments are final sale
- Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
- Design details, pricing, and timelines are confirmed before work starts
Minor adjustments may be offered at Aromastaples’ discretion
Consultation Policy (Booking & Cancellations)
- 1 hour consultation
£30 fee
- Must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
Missed appointments may not be refunded
If no purchase is made, you still receive your measurements in a PDF as a take-away.
Privacy & Data (Short Policy Statement)
Client information including measurements and consultation details is handled confidentially and stored securely. Personal data is never sold or shared. Full privacy details are available on our Privacy Policy page.

- EU children’s sizing is based on height (cm)
US/Canada sizing follows age labels
